It’s easy! All you have to do is either come to our storefront location at 245 W Broadway for a fairly quick turnaround or you can call us at 604.700.6049 to set up an appointment at your location and we’ll do the rest! If you would rather email us you can fill out a repair request form. Please note, to book a repair on-site at your location we will require a phone call conversation. Some complex repairs and any water damage issues cannot be fixed on the road.
To have us come to you to perform the repair, we only charge an extra $15 or $30 if you are outside of our operational range.
Most repairs take 30-45 minutes, from start to finish. If you book us to come to you at your location, we are there to fix your device and nothing else so we’ll be fairly quick. If you drop off your device at our location, we do have to juggle your repair with phone calls, walk-in clients and emails so we generally like to say we’ll have your phone back in your hands within 2 hours. Having said that, we’re usually much quicker.
We cover a wide range in Greater Vancouver but we do have our limitations. The cities/areas that we cover include:
* If you are in a remote area of these cities, we may ask you to meet us in a more centralized public setting such as a coffee shop. Phone us at 604.700.6049 to find out for sure! Only about 5% of repairs that are requested of us do we ask that you to meet us outside of your home or office.
Yes, we can repair water damage. HOWEVER, water damage is not always serviceable. Because of its unpredictable nature, we cannot guarantee any success of an attempted repair. The probability of success is essentially 50/50. Water damage has a $25 non-refundable diagnostic fee. If the device can be revived, this cost goes towards the total price of the repair. If we cannot fix your device, the deposit is kept to cover the cost of our time.
The best thing to do when you water damage your device is to TURN IT OFF AND LET IT DRY OUT FOR 72 HOURS IN A BAG OF UNCOOKED RICE. If there is liquid inside your device and electricity surges through it, it could short out your mainboard and render your device useless. RESIST THE URGE TO TURN ON YOUR PHONE FOR 72 HOURS. If there is any more moisture inside your device, we can clean up the mess and replace any damaged components. Contact us to do the rest.
TURNING OFF YOUR DEVICE: To turn off your device, hold down the power button until you see the option to “Slide to Power Off” . If you cannot turn off your device in this manner, try holding down both the power and the home button simultaneously for 7-10 seconds. If the buttons are still functional, this should shut down your device. Eject your SIM card as well – especially if you cannot turn off your device. This will prevent people from calling you and turning your phone on.
Placing your device in a bag of uncooked rice will draw the moisture out of your device and increase the chance of a successful repair.
We are currently accepting the following payments: cash, debit cards, credit cards and even Apple Pay*! We do not accept personal cheques and we only accept business cheqeus from large, trusted corporations. If your company would like to pay by business cheque, please confirm with us at the time of your booking.

Repairs rendered for Apple devices are covered for 180 days. Repairs rendered for Android phones are covered for 90 days. The warranty that we provide on our services is voided if your device is ever water-damaged or repaired elsewhere, before or after our repair work.
